REACT Anxiety Train the Trainer is a first-response low-level intervention underpinned by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Secondary school staff are trained by the RAISE team in a full-day training to enable the staff to then deliver the course to small groups in school.

REACT is a 5-week intervention, with each session being 50 minutes to fit in with the school timetable. This is designed for secondary school students who are struggling with worry and anxiety and need support and techniques to help them manage. During the train the trainer days training, you will be provided with a manual with complete session plans and a workbook with resources.

We recommend two members of staff per school attend the training; If two members of staff are attending, please sign up separately.
