REACT Anxiety Train the Trainer is a first response low-level intervention underpinned by Cognitive Behavioural Therapy. Secondary school staff are trained by the RAISE team in a full day training to enable the staff to then deliver the course to small groups in school.

REACT is a 5-week intervention, with each session being 50 minutes to fit in with the school timetable. This is designed for secondary school students who are struggling with worry and anxiety and need support and techniques to help them manage. During the train the trainer days training, you will be provided with a manual with complete session plans, and a workbook with resources.
