Understanding Low Mood and Depression in Young People

This bite-size session on Understanding and Managing Low Mood and Depression is aimed at helping those of us who work with young people aged 11-18 and supporting them to manage their mood.
The bite-size session will outline the difference between low mood and depression, signs and symptoms to look out for, as well as equipping you with effective tips and tricks you can use to help your young people to manage their potential low mood or depression. The session will also include information on further support and helplines which may be needed if you are worried about a young person.
