The Beacon Counselling Trust to support young people and adults with mild to moderate mental health issues.


What do you do to support mental health?

The things we provide to support mental health issues are: advice and guidance, person centred, CBT, EMDR, EFT, child therapy, couples therapy, hypnotherapy, interpersonal and relationship therapy.


What age group does your service work with?

From 14 years plus.

Are you limited to working with people from a specific geographical area?

Beacon operates from a central Hub in Liverpool (Townsend Lane, off Queens Drive) that provides a facility that is unique in this area and we have satellite sites across the North West and Wales. The facility has 10 purposely designed one-to-one rooms, group rooms, training rooms and car parking for over 25 cars. The facility can operate 7 days a week on an extending opening window and can accommodate between 400 and 500 patients per week.


What kinds of things do you help with mental health issues?

Trauma, anxiety, depression, bereavement and substance abuse related counselling are all areas our experienced Counsellors are used to working with and we are confident this service will make a big difference to the local community and individual mental health.
