In line with the national approach to promoting children and young people’s mental health support in the broader context and alleviating the typical stigma associated with CAMHS as a clinical term, the Liverpool CAMHS Partnership is now known as: Mental Health Support for Children and Young People in Liverpool.

YPAS is delighted to share this exciting work, crafted by YPAS’s peer researchers and young people nationwide, in collaboration with Youth Access. The principles offer a powerful framework for channelling young people’s energy into impactful action.

Two of YPAS Peer Researchers, Dean Leake and Grace Ward, have written a remarkable piece for The Lancet journal, one of the oldest medical journals, founded in 1823. This piece was published in its established specialty journal: ‘Child and Adolescent Health’, launched in 2017. The article offers commendable insight and reflection.
