Having good mental health isn’t just about avoidin Having good mental health isn’t just about avoiding low moods; it’s about feeling connected, bouncing forward after setbacks, and building strong relationships.

When your mental health is in a good place, it's easier to cope with life’s ups and downs. But when things get overwhelming, you don’t have to face it alone.

In Liverpool, support services for young people are available for every level of need, from staying well to specialist crisis care. And most services don’t need a referral.
