Event overview

Behaviour and reactions are the first things that people will see but what is the underlying reason! Behaviour is the tip of the Iceberg but the caused effect is what lies beneath. This course examines the thoughts and feeling associated to the response of the young person.


Who is it aimed at?

Professionals working with Young people. Parents/carers.


Level of Need

(Level 1. Universal Services, Level 2. Additional Need – Multi-Agency Early Help, Level 3. Complex Needs – Multi-Agency Early Help, Level 4. Acute Specialist, Including Safeguarding)

This training is aimed at those working across the levels 1, 2 & 3.


What will attendees learn from this event?

Attendees will be taking part in activities and discussions where they will develop new and old concepts implementing practical strategies into real situations. Delegates will work with a number of resources including: The stress scale; Emotion graph and a behaviour plan.
