Course overview/description

Resilience training is a half day training exploring the strategies and tools young people have to help them cope with life’s struggles and difficulties. Focussing on the resilience framework it provides professionals with resourses and understanding to determine factors to help build coping strategies.

Level of need: This training is aimed at those working at Levels 1, 2, & 3.

Level 1. Universal Services

Level 2. Additional Need – Multi-Agency Early Help

Level 3. Complex Needs – Multi-Agency Early Help

Level 4. Acute Specialist, Including Safeguarding

Who is it aimed at?

Professionals working with Young people.

What will attendees learn from this event?

How to complete an Individual Resilience plan.

Utilize Resilient Framework website and use of cards and resources relating to resilience.

The impact of understanding and using the Resilience scoring sheet.
