Who is the event for: 

This is a networking event for any delegate who has attended the Growing Stronger Leadership training.

About the event: 

It is an opportunity for reflection following the training. To come together and to share what changes and progress has started. To highlight and discuss any foreseen challenges and collectively problem solve them. A sharing of ideas and thoughts working together to implement the framework across systems.

Continuous action planning and an opportunity to network with other members of leadership who are also making practical ACE aware changes to practice, systems and structures  following the training

Learning Outcomes: 

Increased focus on action planning

A shared collective focus on implementation

Improved working relationships and partnership working  to improve outcomes

Time Length: 

3 hours
