This session is for anyone over 18 in a senior management or leadership role, who works with anyone who may have experienced ACEs ( Adverse Childhood Experiences). The training explores the life span approach to ACEs so we are keen to see anyone working with babies, families and adults on the course. Places will be prioritised for those working beyond the children and young persons workforce.
The training is primarily aimed at; GPs, Allied health professionals , Schools Nurses and the physical health sector.

What are ACEs
The impact ACEs can have
The ACEs framework: 5 ways we can adapt our practice and interactions with others to buffer the impact of ACEs.
And provide structured reflection in order for you to build a practical action plan with actionable steps you can take as a leader to buffer the impact of Adverse Childhood Experiences.
