Understanding and Managing Anxiety

This bite-size course is aimed at anyone caring for or looking after young people who may be experiencing anxiety, and ways in which we can help them to manage their anxiety.

The session will delve into what comes under the ‘Anxiety Umbrella’, signs and symptoms to look out for, and some tips and tricks you can use to help support your young people in managing their anxiety levels. The session will also include information on further support and helplines which may be needed if you are worried about a young person.

**This bite-size course will be delivered via Zoom. You will receive confirmation of the Zoom call via email two days prior to the course start date**
