YPAS 24 Moving for Mental Health

On the 9th & 10th of October, YPAS Staff will be “Moving for Mental Health” in a 24-hour challenge to raise money for their hub rebuild appeal.

Staff hope to raise as much money as possible to rebuild the city centre community hub by running and cycling non-stop for 24 hours in their North Community Hub.

People suffer with their mental health 24 hours a day, seven days a week, and YPAS want to take on this challenge to raise awareness. 24 is the key number, and they’re inviting people to join them in any way they can by taking on the challenge of 24.

This could be running, walking, skipping, swimming or anything at all linked with 24, for example, 24 acts of kindness, 24 children holding hands and singing for 24 minutes we can’t wait to hear your creative 24 fundraising ideas.

You can find out more about the 24-hour event and the hub rebuild HERE
