Offers a range of assessment and intervention services for young people in Liverpool who are dealing with a range of emotional and mental health difficulties.

Alder Hey FRESH CAMHS
A service for young people and their families/carers who are struggling with how they are feeling, thinking or the way they are doing things.

Online
Kooth provides free, safe and anonymous support for young people.
The online service hosts moderated forums, allowing peer-to-peer support and interactive messaging with counsellors. Users can also drop in or book anonymous online counselling sessions with qualified therapists available in the evenings and at weekends; sessions are available on weekdays from 12 pm to 10 pm and from 6 pm to 10 pm on weekends.

Mersey Care Life Rooms provides person-centred support for your mental and physical wellbeing if you’re over 18.
The service is predominantly telephoned-based, but face-to-face support is available.
If you need specialist help
Mental Health Assessment Teams provide compassionate, therapeutic, patient centred and specialist mental health assessment for adults aged 18 and over who may require support and treatment from secondary mental health services.
You can make a referral to Liverpool CAMHS if you’re aged under 16
Step Forward (18+) is a psychological intervention service in Liverpool. Requests for the service are only provided via GP or another health professional referral.
YPAS counselling and psychological therapies, including Spinning World (refugee & asylum-seeking young people).
