YPAS is awarded CORC Accreditation in outcome and feedback measurement.

We are proud to announce YPAS has become among the first few services in the UK to receive the Accreditation in Outcome and Feedback Measurement.

The Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC) is the UK’s leading membership organisation that collects and uses evidence to improve children and young people’s mental health and wellbeing. We are delighted that we have gained the outcome and feedback measurement accreditation

The use of outcome measures is one of the most powerful tools available to children’s mental health services and having this recognised CORC Accreditation means that a set of standards, tools and guidance for ensuring the highest quality use of outcome and feedback measurement is embedded within YPAS, supporting children and young people’s mental health.

Nicky Martin, Counselling and Psychotherapy Service Manager at YPAS said: “We have dedicated team of experienced practitioners who are committed to best practice in attaining excellent outcomes for the children, young people, families and carers of Liverpool.  To be one of the first organisations to be accredited by Child Outcomes Research Consortium (CORC) is a fantastic achievement for YPAS.”

Professor Miranda Wolpert MBE, Director of Child Outcomes Research Consortium said: “We would like to commend you for being amongst the first few services to receive this award; we recognise the high level of commitment and preparation required for successful CORC Accreditation across the organisation. Congratulations!”
